The organizing committee of the International Collaborative Symposium on Development of Human Resources in Practical Oral Health and Treatment are pleased to invite researchers to submit abstracts for short oral presentations, poster presentations, or symposiums to exchange perspectives regarding the current theme among participants.
·All participants should register to the symposium by filling the registration form and send it by e-mail, starting from December 1st, 2018.
·Participants who wish to present the posters or short oral presentations should also submit the abstract by email before December 31st, 2018.
·Participants who wish to participate in the symposiums should submit a summary of your presentation by email before December 31st, 2018.
·Participants who wish to attend more than one category should submit all relevant forms.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES (The registration is now closed.)
1.All participants are requested to register online (in advance) and also at the registration desk at the conference venue on February 10th, 2019.
2.Please download registration form here and return to Dr.Raksanan. e-mail
3.The confirmation letter will be sent to your e-mail. Please print it and bring it to the conference registration desk at the conference venue.
ABSTRACT/PRESENTATION SUMMARY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES (The submission is now closed.)
1.First of all, oral /poster presenters and symposium participants are requested to register according to REGISTRATION GUIDELINE. Abstracts/Summaries submitted without registration will be excluded.
2.The Abstract/Presentation summary should not exceed 300 words and be written in English.
3.The title, author and author's affiliation are not included in the 300 word limit; the full name of the authors and co-authors are written to be followed by name of department and institution. Abbreviations should be avoided.
4.Abstract/Presentation titles are limited to 20 words or less and should be entered in a title case format. In general, you should capitalize the first letter of each word unless it is a preposition or articles.
5.It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author as no editing will be done by the scientific program committee.
6.Abstracts/Presentation summaries received after the deadline will not be considered.
FOR ORAL/POSTER PRESENTERS
·The abstract must contain 1) background, 2) objectives, 3) materials and methods, 4) results, 5) conclusion, and 6) keywords.
·Please fill the abstract submission form here and return to Dr.Raksanan ( e-mail) together with registration form.
FOR SYMPOSIUM PARTICIPANTS
·Please submit a summary of your presentation using the symposium form, and return to Dr.Raksanan ( e-mail) together with the registration form.
·In case you wish to attend both categories, both of the forms should be submitted.
POSTER GUIDELINES
·Posters should include a tittle, authors, affiliations and a recent photo of the presenter. Please include a small photograph of the presenter at the top right corner of the poster for easy identification by audiences.
·The poster number should not be placed on your poster since the poster number will be provided on the poster board.
·AO size poster (841 mm×1189 mm) in a portrait format is suggested.
·Posters should be made from paper, cloth or thin cardboard. Heavy materials might be difficult to keep in position on the poster board and should be avoided.
·The equipment for poster setting will be provided.
·Posters should be mounted on February 10th 08.00-08.30 AM. and should be removed on February 11th 17.15-18.00 PM.
·Posters being left after February 11th by 18.00 PM. will be discarded by the staffs.

Oral Presentation10 min. (7 min. for Presentation and 3 min. for questions and movement of people between sessions.)
1.Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint; other formats will not be supported.
2.Please use a 16:9 format for your slides.
3.Presentations should be saved in PowerPoint show format (.ppsx) to a USB or other portable format and handed in at the registration desk, preferably the day before presentation.
4.Please name your PowerPoint file using the time of your presentation (24-h format) followed by your surname, e.g. 9.30_Harnad.ppsx (click to download a detailed conference program)
5.Use of personal computers will not be permitted.
6.If you have videos or audio they must be embedded in the presentation and we strongly advise that you upload and test your presentation well before your presentation.
7.Presentation Preview is imperative for every presenter. Please check in your presentation data to the preview desk in the morning of the day of your presentation during 7.30- 08.30 AM. The preview desk will be located at the backmost area of the conference hall.
