The organizing committee of the International Collaborative Symposium on Development of Human Resources in Practical Oral Health and Treatment are pleased to invite researchers to submit abstracts for short oral presentations, poster presentations, or symposiums (by invitation only) to exchange perspectives regarding the current theme among participants.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES (The registration is now closed)
1.All participants are requested to register by filling the necessary information online.

ABSTRACT / SUMMARY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1.First, all of the oral / poster presenters and symposium participants are requested to register online according to REGISTRATION GUIDELINES. The abstract / presentation summary that submitted without registration will be excluded.
2.Individuals may present only one abstract; however, individual name can be included as a co-author in multiple abstracts.
3.The abstract / presentation summary should not exceed 300 words and be written in English. (The title, authors and authors' affiliations are not included in the 300 words limit.)
4.The titles of abstract / presentation summary are limited to 20 words or less and should be entered in a title case format. The titles should be typed in Times New Roman and in 14 font size.
5.The full name of the author and co-authors, followed by their affiliations (name of department and institution) should be written in Times New Roman with 12 font size. Please underline the name of the author who present the paper.
6.The body of abstract / presentation summary should be typed in Times New Roman and in 12 font size. The document should have 1.5 line spacing.
7.It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author. No editing will be done by the scientific program committee.
8.The abstract / presentation summary that received after the deadline will not be considered.
For Oral / Poster Presenters
9.The abstract must contain (1) Background, (2) Aim / Objectives, (3) Materials and Methods, (4) Results, (5) Conclusion, and (6) Keywords.
10.Please fill the abstract submission form based on the format of the abstract (click to download the format of the abstract). After filling the abstract form, please return to Asst. Prof. Kaung Myat Thwin via .
11.Every abstracts will be reviewed to ensure high standards. A panel of reviewers will select the abstracts on the basis of the scientific quality of the work as judged
12.We will let you know the result of acceptance by e-mail after reviewing by the scientific program committee.

POSTER GUIDELINES
1.The dimension of the poster should be followed the portrait orientation of A0 size poster (841 mm × 1189 mm) and can be printed on either paper or cloth.
2.The poster should include a title, name of the authors and affiliations at the top. It is advised that there should be a small photo of the presenter (a recent photo) at the top corner of the poster.
3.The poster number should not be placed on your poster since the poster number will be provided on the poster board.
4.The equipment for poster setting will be provided.
5.Please keep the poster clear and concise rather than crowded with too many words. There is no restrictions for font type and font size in the poster presentations.
6.The poster should be mounted on February 10th 07:30 - 08:00 and should be removed on February 11th 16:30 - 17:00. The poster being left after February 11th 17:00 will be discarded by the organizing committee.

1.Presentations must be prepared in Power-point; other formats will not be supported.
2.Please use a 16:9 format for your slides. There is no restrictions for font type and font size in the Power-point presentation.
3.Presentation should be saved to a USB drive or other portable format, and handed it in to the scientific program committee, preferably the day before your presentation.
4.Please name your Power-point file using the time of your presentation (24-hour format) followed by your surname. (e.g. 10:30_Harnad.pptx.)
5.Use of personal computers will not be permitted.
6.If you have videos or audios, they must be embedded in the presentation. We strongly advise that you upload and test it well before your presentation.
7.Presentation preview is imperative for every presenters. Please check your presentation data at the preview desk in the morning of the day of your presentation during 07:30 - 08:30.
ACCOMMODATION / HOTEL RESERVATION
Our special offer for participants who wish to stay at the hotel of the conference venue is now closed. All of participants are requested to book directly a hotel room in Bali, Indonesia. The organizing committee will not be responsible for making room reservations.
FOR INVITED DEANS
All invited deans are requested to register online according to REGISTRATION GUIDELINES. Please note that reservation and payment of the hotel and flight is your responsibility. The organizing committee will not be responsible for making any reservations. The same policies are applied to both the invited deans and the dean's representatives. Kindly check and follow the chart and the instructions for payment and reimbursement.
